Club Adventure: Erotic Fair 2002

Well friends it’s that time of the year for my return to the Chicago Adventure & Erotic Fair. This is that great annual event put on by Club Adventure, Chicago’s “Hottest” club for couples. Club Adventure now sponsors 3 socials a month (1 in Chicago, 1 in Peoria and 1 in Milwaukee) for couples to meet other couples in the Lifestyle. This my third Adventure and I am pumped. Last years event almost didn’t come off due to 9/11, but Ron & Sue from Club Adventure and the help of some great people pulled off the event of the year. Many vendors and couples from the east coast had to cancel. Still there were couples from all over the US & Canada that arrived for one of the countries premier couples only events. The decision to continue this event was made to show that a few cowards in a mind-twisted country could not keep us from celebrating our freedom and liberties.

Like last year, Vanessa joined me as we went to meet our old friends and hopefully meet some new ones. We arrived on Thursday afternoon at the hotel and headed to registration. Vanessa wanted to head straight for the Erotic Fair for some heavy duty shopping. I had to remind her that the fair was going to be going on for 3 days and she would have lots of time to shop. After we went to our room we headed down to the hotel bar. The bar was packed with people. We met this great couple from Colorado named Sean & Cindy. They couldn’t make last year’s event but were here the year before. Vanessa really hit it off with Sean while Cindy (about 5' 4", short brown hair, thin and built) and I talked about our expectations for the upcoming weekend. Next thing you know Vanessa & Cindy are talking and snuggling up to each other. Sean and I just sat back and watched the girls. Cindy then caught my eye and asked if I liked what I saw? Not being the shy type I said yes. She left Vanessa’s side and came right over and sat on my lap. Whispering some suggestive suggestions into my ear, I eyeballed Vanessa, who was already on Sean’s lap, when she gave me the “OK” smile. I suggested all four of us should head up to our room. Off we went and the weekend was officially on!

After our opening festivities we decided to take a dip in the pool. We met some more really friendly couples there and made plans to go to dinner. There was a pretty cool party that night and they played a fun game that helped us meet a couple from Indiana who were real nice. Their names were Sam and Jodi. She was a cutie. Vanessa was into him so it worked really well for us that night. There were some party rooms open but we made our own party in Sam’s room. After the party we went to bed. In my mind I couldn’t believe that this was only the first day.

Friday I couldn’t hold Vanessa back from shopping. There was a whole room of people selling items from clothes and shoes to leather whips and things I couldn’t believe some of the things they had there! There were some great resorts in Jamaica and Cancun (clothing-optional). We even met some porn stars. I got a couple autographs. That’s when I saw Bob & Harley. We met them at the first Erotic Fair we ever went to. We even became friends with friends of theirs. They invited us to a party in a suite later on that evening. We took in a couple of seminars and then took a nap. Friday’s Dance started with a fashion show and then a Ladies in Red/Men in Black Dance. The outfits the ladies were wearing were killer. Vanessa had this long skin-tight red gown that was out of this world. There was some trips given away and everyone danced all night long. We made it up to Bob and Harleys suite but it was jammed-packed with people. We decided to head to bed and take in what the next day had to offer.

Saturday we went to more seminars that were really interesting. That Sue really knows how to get people to open up and talk about things. We learned a lot about everything and even went to a massage class that was awesome! We were hanging out in the lobby watching, because Playboy was taking some pictures there. A lot of those girls were HOT. Vanessa thought so too, but I could not talk her into posing. We then went to an Erotic Hypnosis show that was out of this world. This guy, Rick the Hypnotist had a group of 10 people doing some of the most hilarious things we have ever seen. After the show there were a ton of people there walking around and shopping, and the bar at the hotel was jammed.

The theme for the Saturday night party was Mardi Gras. Before the party they had the contestants for the “Ms No-Swimsuit contest and they picked a winner. The winner went to Jamaica to represent Club Adventure. By the way, this Club Adventure had the winners for last years Ms. Lifestyles contest and they won the Ms No-Swimsuit Contest in Jamaica. I must say they were well represented if you know what I mean. However, back to Saturday night..... Vanessa got the most beads, I don’t even know how. In New Orleans you know what you have to do to get the beads? We ended up meeting some new friends and partied till 4 in the morning. It was great!

We’re going back this year because we had such a great time before. The Erotic Fair is Friday September 27th and Saturday September 28th from 11am-11pm. We’re not going to miss it because Saturday during the day they’re trying to make the world’s biggest human sundae! See you there.

Hi Guys! It's Luke, back again to fill you in on what's happening in the Chicago area. This month I visited Eden Inc. , a Spa located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Eden boasts a large selection of beautiful ladies and offers an “alternative lifestyles” massage. You can call them at (847) 295-6969. Their hours of operation are daily 10:00am to 11:00pm and Sundays 10:30am-4:00pm with appointments accepted. Getting to this paradise was a bit of a challenge. Upon my arrival to this recreated paradise I am surrounded by flowers, trees and bamboo. It is a truly relaxing atmosphere as I am greeted by one of the owners. I visited on the day of their Christmas party. All Eden’s guests (at Eden they insist on calling any clients their guests) are invited to the party with a buffet, beverages and 15 girls. The staff is all American and of varied ethnicities. On one side of the room are two attractive blonds about 5’6" and getting drinks for another guest. Getting me my holiday treats is Brook. This lady is great!! (More about her in a minute.) Lisa comes over and starts talking about Reiki Massage and I am instantly taken with her captivating eyes as well as perfectly proportioned curves. I was about to ask her to teach me more when she was called into holiday service. There is always next visit. After partaking of this generous holiday feast I decided to treat myself to dessert. Erotic Fair

Its that time of the year again for the Chicago Adventure and Erotic Fair. Last year Vanessa and I attended this event and all I can say is “Wow”! Last years event was three times as big as the first one we attended in 1999 and 20 times more fun. This Club Adventure really knows how to throw a party. Club Adventure is a swingers club (for couples only) that throws a convention that features an Erotic Fair. The first year I took Vanessa and we ended up joining the club. We decided to attend their second convention, which was a three-day event that featured some of the most erotic and fun-filled days we have ever encountered in our lives. We arrived at the hotel Thursday evening and checked into our room. We started to unpack and all we could talk about was the anticipation of the upcoming weekend. After we settled in we decided to go downstairs to eat and we ended up running into some other club members who joined us for dinner. At 9:00 there was the get acquainted dance that featured a scavenger hunt game. This was great for meeting all the new people. We received slips of paper that had all sorts of things we had to find on the opposite sex. I had to look for a girl with no panties, a pierced nipple, large nipples, etc… Vanessa had to find things like a tattoo, nice chest, shaved balls…well you get the idea. It was great; we met people from all over the country. There were all kinds of prizes and specialty dances. The best was the spoon dance, which is like musical chairs. And then there was the “Ladies Only Dance”. I was in voyeur heaven for that one. After the dance we ended up connecting with this great couple from Arizona, Sid and Charlene. This was the first convention that they ever attended. It was sort of weird that we were taking them under our wing and showing them the ropes. The next morning we were up bright and early to take in the day’s festivities. There were some interesting seminars ranging from Bi-sexuality to God Was a Space Alien (That was far out)! We took in a couples discussion group and a massage workshop. After that we went for lunch with the understanding that Vanessa could go shopping afterwards. That was another experience…this Erotic Fair (which is the only event open to the public) was amazing. They had all of these alternative lifestyle clubs, resorts (Hedonism, Caribbean Reef Club, etc…), erotic foods, erotic computer companies, toys and clothes. A complete one-stop shopping, erotic, mega store all in one room. When we hit the door Vanessa went right for the leather goods. She tried on this leather corset and neck collar that was absolutely dynamite. I could picture her wearing that on one of the clubs “Leather & Lace “ nights. We talked with the resorts and decided that in January we would head down to Hedonism II. From the videos and talking to other couples, this is definitely the hotspot in the Caribbean. We didn’t realize all of the events and places to go. There was an event being sponsored in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Campouts throughout the summer, including a big one in Wisconsin. There must have been six couples clubs just from the Chicago area alone. The shopping experience was great. While we were looking at some dance clothes, this lady comes up to Vanessa and asks her if she would be interested in being in the lingerie show during dinner. She looked at me and what could I say but “go for it!”
Around three o’clock we were tired so we decided to go sit by the indoor pool. We ran into some couples from the Chicago area we recognized from the night before and started talking. Next thing you know, all six of us are heading upstairs for some afternoon delight. I knew then, there was no nap for us. After our exuberating afternoon party, we had to get dress and head for dinner. I wanted great seats to catch this lingerie show. While we waited for dessert the show was on… There must have been 15 girls and couple of guys walking around, showing off some of the hottest outfits I’ve ever seen. When Vanessa came out with this girl named Jessye, not only what they were wearing was dynamite, but the floorshow was better than any desert we could have. You’ll just have to let your imagination run wild with what they performed. I was ready to party again. After dinner it was time for a floorshow featuring a local artist called T. Cain and his blues band. First the band played and then T. Cain came out. Did he ever get the party rocking? Throughout the dance, trips were given away to other events and to the resorts. It seemed like there was something being given away every 10 minutes. They even did the “Ladies Only Dance” again. There must have been 200 ladies on the floor dancing, showing what they had and touching each other. I saw Vanessa with 3 other girls (including that girl Jessye). That turned out to be the star-studded show of the evening. After the dance Vanessa introduced me to the girls (including Jessye…okay, she’s hot, what else can I say!) and their partners. We all hit off great and decided to finish the evening off in our room.
When Vanessa and I awoke we had to convince each other that Friday was not a dream. We never knew you could party like this in Chicago. When we went for our late breakfast and lunch everyone we observed had this surreal look on their faces. It was as if everyone had the same experience that we had. That afternoon we shopped a little and ended up taking in some more seminars. One of these seminars was unbelievable. It was called “The Head Shop”. It was a couple’s only seminar that actually taught the women how to properly overcome the gag reflex when ...you get the picture; it’s just what the name say’s. Before the seminar Vanessa felt that she knew everything and there was nothing else she could learn, was she ever wrong. She wanted to practice all night long after that seminar. This time we actually did take a nap, to get ready for Saturday night
During Saturdays dinner there was a guest speaker from Playboy, Chip Rowe. He is the editor for the Playboy Advisor. There were twice as many couples, trips & prizes galore, sights to be seen and this had to be the worlds largest “Ladies Only Dance”. I was in Voyeur heaven, along with 600 other guy’s (and women). That’s when I spotted this girl Sheila that I’ve seen before, but never at a club function. I never expected to see her at a function like this. Every time I’ve seen her, she just didn’t look like a party girl, well I was wrong. Here she is 5’ 6”, short brown hair, maybe 110 pounds, wearing a short one piece; skin tight, dress, with a low cut and no bra. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I went up to Sheila and was she shocked to see me. We did a little bit of small talk and she then told me she always wanted to get together with me but had to but on this act out in public. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought she would be into this lifestyle. She introduced me to her husband Ray and I flagged Vanessa over to introduce them. Vanessa hit it off immediately with both of them and 15 minutes later were making plans to party the night away together.

This year there will be twice as many vendors (40 plus), some adult movie stars, Rick the Erotic Hypnotist, the return of “The Head Shop” and many more seminars and workshops.

The Lifestyle

I was going through my mail this week and I noticed that Club Adventure of Chicago is sponsoring their second Erotic Fair this month. If it is anything like last year, this should be great. When I heard about this last year I thought it would be worth checking out. So you know, Club Adventure is a swingers club for couples only. They were putting this event on to introduce people to what they call the “Lifestyle.” I called some of the girls in my book and Vanessa was available to go. We didn’t know what to expect. This was supposed to be a couple’s event and since it was held in a major hotel, we thought what the heck. There were vendors of all kinds of toys, clothes, travel agents, artists and all kinds of other interesting stuff. The leather displays were pretty cool and intriguing. As we walked by these cool restraints, Vanessa had to try them all on. I never really thought I would do it, but I bought this whip with cuffs. We attended some of the seminars... definitely informative! One was this lawyer talking about what was and wasn’t legal. They had this other one about swinging from a man’s point of view... some English guy that had us cracking up with what he was talking about. The best was this chick from Club Adventure named Sue. She talked about all sorts of stuff that really peaked Vanessa’s curiosity (and mine). Like, how women really get into the lifestyle thing, how to say no, about women & bisexuality, what the parties are like and how to meet other people that want to swing. It really made us “hot.” Last year they even had a dance that we could go to.

We went to the dinner before the dance and they had this speaker, Terry Gould. He was talking about his book The Lifestyle and explaining what the lifestyle really was. Man, I didn’t know that his swing thing has been around for almost ever. I didn’t realize there were this many people who were into it. The dance that took place after was one erotic sight. The women were dressed to excite, and that is exactly what they were doing! They had this dance called the “Ladies Only Dance.” I thought I died and went to heaven. Vanessa got out on the dance floor with this girl named Kathy from Michigan. They gave me a show that I’ve only dreamed about. Later on, Kathy and her husband Larry, gave us their number and I gave them ours. I didn’t know if anything would ever happen with this, but what the heck. Vanessa really liked Kathy. They gave away some trips to Mexico, Jamaica and other places. That girl Sue, who owns the club, was on stage with a girl Harley, and they were throwing free T-shirts and other stuff to everyone. This was one dance I will never forget.

Vanessa and I talked about that event for months. Then, in January, I get a call from this Larry and Kathy. They were coming to town and wanted to know if we wanted to check out this Club Adventure. I called Vanessa and without hesitation, she said yes. We called Sue and I was surprises she had remembered us. She said that Larry and Kathy had already called and they told her they were going to call us. Plans were made to meet Larry & Kathy at the Club. We had to attend this orientation with four other couples (Larry and Kathy didn’t have to since they had been there before). The club is not open to the public. You have to call and Sue will talk to you and your partner (at the same time) to make sure you are actually a couple. They don’t allow singles in, ever. Larry and Kathy showed up and the party began. I’ve got to tell you, I didn’t know living could be so much fun. Neither did Vanessa. The club is pretty unique. They have a dance floor with a DJ, two hot tubs, a buffet (you bring your own drinks) and some great playrooms. They have these chairs that just make it perfect to…… lets just say, you must try these with your lady. We found out that they run a very secure place and discretion is a must. The couples that arrived after the orientation were just like the ones we met at the dance last year. Boy did they like to party. Vanessa and Kathy pulled me into the middle of the dance floor and I became the filling for their sandwich. Later, all four of us headed to the hot tubs and then explored the party rooms. I love this Lifestyle! Vanessa and I have been back several times since that first evening, and we’ve met Larry and Kathy twice more. Club Adventure sponsors trips to Mexico, Jamaica and other events. Vanessa and I are thinking about a vacation!

This year the Erotic Fair is triple the size of last year. Sue (and her husband Ron), really know how to put together a first class event! This year they are letting everyone come to the fair during the day. They’re going to have adult only resorts, other swing clubs, toy and clothes vendors, leather shows and more. And, most of the seminars will be open to the public. Vanessa has already called me and we are going to be there. It’s in mid-September this year.
